Terms and Conditions

The terms of using this website, in the plainest language we can manage without losing the meaning.

Quick answer

Bloodprildaily is an information and referral site and a U.S. retail partner for BloodPril. It does not take payments; orders are completed on the checkout an order button hands you to, under that provider's terms. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on it is a reason to change a medicine a prescriber has given you. We earn a commission on orders placed through this site. Returns and refunds are handled by the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, under a 60-day window from purchase, with the sales side also asking for at least 30 days of use before a claim, and with return shipping paid by the buyer. We are not the manufacturer. The bottle does name a distributor — Blood Pril, Lakeland FL, 33804, +1 (507) 448-8190 — a company, a town, a postcode and a telephone number, which is more than most packs this desk reads supply.

What this site is

Bloodprildaily publishes product information about BloodPril and refers buyers to a checkout. It is operated by Bloodprildaily, a U.S. retail partner for BloodPril, at 32 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 22, New York, NY 10013, USA. The brief supplied with this product names mybloodpril.online as its sales page.

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, the appropriate response is to stop using the site.

We are not the manufacturer, and on this product we can at least tell you who stands behind the bottle, which is not something this desk gets to write often. The label carries a distributed by line: Blood Pril, Lakeland FL, 33804, +1 (507) 448-8190. That is a company name, a town, a postcode and a telephone number — four things, where most packs in this category print none of them. It carries no street line, so it is an identification rather than an address you could post a letter to, and the number on it is the distributor's rather than the order desk's. Even so, it is a named party, and the credit for that belongs to the label.

Who is responsible for what

AreaWho
The content of these pagesUs. Errors go to [email protected] and are corrected with the date moved forward.
Payment processingThe checkout provider. We never see or hold card details.
Shipping the parcelThe fulfilment operation behind the order desk. No shipping cost, speed or international availability was published to us for any of the three packs.
Refunds and returnsThe order desk, +1 (302) 200-3480, under the 60-day window from purchase. Returns go to 275 Madison Avenue, Floor 14, New York, NY 10016, and return shipping is the buyer's cost.
The formula and the labelBlood Pril, Lakeland FL, 33804, the distributor named on the bottle. We transcribe the label; we do not write it — and the three weights inside the 500 mg blend are not ours to publish because nobody has published them.
Deciding whether to take itYou, with your prescriber. Nothing here is medical advice. If you take a blood-pressure medicine, that conversation comes before the first capsule.

Using this site

The text, structure and original research on these pages belong to us. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link back. Republishing a page wholesale is not permitted.

Product names, label photographs and brand marks belong to their owners and appear here for the purpose of describing and reviewing the product. Two label faces were supplied to this desk — the printed wrap and the Supplement Facts panel — and both are published in full at the size we read them at, including the lines a seller would prefer we summarised.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers, or to use it for anything unlawful.

Links to outside sites are provided because they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they say. We receive nothing for linking to any of them, and none of the five sources we cite has any relationship with this site or with the product.

Limits and changes

This site is provided as it is. We take real care to be accurate, we cite what we read, and we correct errors when they are pointed out. We cannot warrant that every page is free of mistakes at every moment.

Where a figure was not published to us, the page says so and names who did not publish it, rather than filling the gap with something plausible. That applies to the individual weights of the three ingredients inside the 500 mg blend, to the shipping cost and delivery speed of all three packs, to whether an opened bottle qualifies for the refund, and to the certificate behind reference BP-4631-26-BL, which was handed to us as a string with no laboratory document attached.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in them, and nothing anywhere on this site, is a reason to change, reduce or stop a medicine a prescriber has given you.

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here, the last-updated date is at the foot of every page, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

The commission, again

Bloodprildaily is a U.S. retail partner for BloodPril and earns a commission on orders placed through this site. It is stated here, on the about page, on the pricing page, on the reviews page and in the footer of every page, because a disclosure that appears once in small print is not really a disclosure. It is also why the 500 mg blend and the gram doses used in the trials behind its two amino acids sit in the first screen of the home page rather than the last.

How an order works, in terms

When you click an order button on this site you are handed to a checkout operated by the order provider. That checkout displays the price, takes the payment and collects the delivery address. We do not see or hold card details at any point, before, during or after.

The contract for the sale is formed at that checkout under that provider's terms. Those terms govern the payment, the dispatch and the refund, and they are the terms you should read before confirming.

The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 is where an order is administered afterwards. It can look up an order by its ID, change it where changes are still possible, arrange a return and process a refund. This website cannot do any of those things, and neither can the +1 (507) 448-8190 printed on the bottle, which belongs to the distributor in Lakeland.

We publish the refund terms we were given, in full, on the refund policy page. Where a term was not published to us — whether an opened bottle may be returned, whether a restocking fee applies, whether part of a multi-pack can be sent back — that page says so rather than filling the gap with something plausible.

Accuracy, corrections and the date at the foot of the page

Every factual statement on this site is drawn either from the printed label, from the material supplied to us with the product, or from a named public source that we opened and read. Where two of those disagree, the printed label wins and the disagreement is published on the home page.

Labels are reformulated. Prices change. Refund windows move. Everything here was accurate against the material we held on the date printed at the foot of each page, and that date moves forward whenever a page is corrected.

If a bottle in your hand disagrees with a page on this site, the bottle is right and we want to know. Write to [email protected] with a photograph and we will check it, change the page and move the date. On this product the document we would most like is a certificate of analysis, because reference BP-4631-26-BL arrived with no laboratory paper behind it.

We do not quietly edit a page to make an error disappear. A correction that matters is described as a correction.

Three things this site is not

01

Not the manufacturer

We do not make this product. We can at least tell you who is named on it, which is more than most packs this desk reads allow. The label prints Distributed by: Blood Pril, Lakeland FL, 33804, +1 (507) 448-8190 — a company, a town, a postcode and a telephone number. There is no street line, so it identifies a party rather than giving an address you could post to, and no manufacturer is named separately. Even so, somebody is named, and the credit for that belongs to the label.

02

Not a clinic

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Whether 500 mg of a blend with no individual weights is sensible alongside a prescribed antihypertensive is a question for the prescriber who knows your history, and the clinical summary for arginine is the reason to ask it rather than guess. No page here is a substitute for that conversation, nothing here is a reason to change a prescribed medicine, and the medical reviewer slot on every page is deliberately empty.

03

Not a laboratory

We have published no test result because none was supplied to us. Certificate reference BP-4631-26-BL is a string of the right shape and nothing more — no laboratory, no date, no assay, no result. Lot BP-26/BL-4631 is a production reference, which is a genuinely useful thing to print, but a lot number is not a test. We do not publish a lab paper we have not read.

Our editorial terms, stated as terms

The printed label is the highest authority on this site. Where the label and any other document disagree, the label is treated as correct and the disagreement is published rather than resolved silently. There are thirteen such conflicts on this product and all thirteen are listed on the home page.

Nothing on this site is invented. We do not create an amount, a doctor, a laboratory, a testimonial, a study identifier or a delivery estimate. Where a figure was not published to us, the page says not published and names who did not publish it, and fourteen such gaps are listed together on the home page.

Every source cited anywhere on this site was opened and read in full. There are five of them. We do not cite a document from an abstract, from another site's summary, or from a citation list we have not checked ourselves.

We never write that a dietary supplement is FDA approved, because none is. Where a facility is described as FDA-registered, that phrase is accompanied by an explanation of what a registration is and is not — and on this bottle the wording the brand chose, manufactured in an FDA registered facility, is the accurate one.

Criticism appears on the same page as the buy button. Not in a footer, not behind a link, and not in a separate section nobody reads. So does credit: the first substantive section of our home page says that this is the best label this desk has read, and the second says that its dietary half is a single line.

The commission, as a term rather than a footnote

Orders placed through the buy buttons on this site earn this site a commission. That is our entire funding model, and it is disclosed on this page, on the about page, on the pricing page, on the reviews page and in the footer of every page on the site.

The buy links carry a sponsored and nofollow relationship in the page source, which is the technical way of telling a search engine that a link is commercial. We do that because it is the correct thing to do, not because anyone checks.

We do not paste hop, affiliate or tracking URLs into the body copy of any page. The buy buttons go to one destination and nothing else on the site links there.

If you would rather not contribute a commission, buy the product elsewhere. The account of what this panel does and does not publish, the dose arithmetic, the ingredient evidence and the source list on this site remain free to read either way.

If these terms and a page disagree

These terms govern the use of this website. They do not govern the sale, which happens at a checkout operated by the order provider under that provider's own terms, and they do not override anything printed on the product label. Where the label and anything on this site disagree, the label is correct and we want to hear about it at [email protected].
